Credit Repair Tips – The Effects of Positive Payment History.

People always want to know. “How soon will I see an increase in my credit score or how much will my credit score increase.” The answer to question depends on whether or not you have open accounts in good standing or if you just have bad or negative information reporting on your credit report.

If you have positive open accounts, meaning your paying them on time but you also have some bad stuff like, past late payment history, collections, charge-offs your scores could increase quicker as the bad stuff is removed through a credit restoration program.

On the other hand if all you have is bad credit and no positive open accounts then it will take longer for your credit scores to increase and you will have to establish some open accounts. The easiest way is with secured credit cards.
